MISSION


EIS Charlotte has become the center of our Website design/support and our Social Media Center. Recognizing that the manner in which we communicate with our customers has vastly changed, we acknowledge the importance of having a separate branch of EIS to address these issues. Using all resources available including the most recent technologies is imperative in order to stay ahead of the curve.

Our website has become a resource of information for our customers, consumers, Interpreters and Translators. Our Charlotte office is now maintaining the website in-house including it’s daily updates
to give everyone access to the most current information available.



  • SOCIAL MEDIA SITES

With social media exploding across the internet, we recognize that this is often the quickest, most efficient means to relay information. EIS Charlotte is working daily to keep all of our sites current hour by hour, getting out information as it happens. Our Charlotte Regional Manager, Trevor Slater, first began working with EIS in October of 2007 as an outside consultant and has recently been promoted to EIS Charlotte - Director of Advertising Technologies.

Trevor’s intimate knowledge of website technology along with his expertise in social media marketing have created an independent hub of on-line marketing for EIS. Functioning strictly from the Charlotte site, this has established our first out-of-state satellite office. Trevor also brings a unique perspective to the EIS team as he was born profoundly Deaf and gained his hearing later into childhood.
