Why are we supporting the Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center?

Sloan Kettering is not only world renowned for their research in prevention and cures, they are also a place cancer patients can go when they have no other options available to them. Sloan Kettering is a world leader in clinical trials and will accept patients that other physicians have given up on.

All of our families/friends have been touched by this devastating disease. As a cancer survivor myself (and having lost my father to a rare form of environmentally caused brain cancer), I know full well that what we need is research which will lead to a cure.

None of us are immune to cancer. Dollars sent to Sloan Kettering will make a difference in finding ways to combat cancer. Risk of cancer is something we are all facing everyday; through lifestyle, environment and numerous elements in our world which we have no control over.
