In an effort to increase the effectiveness and and quality of our interpreting services, EIS has developed a series of 'In-service trainings' for our customers. These services are FREE to anyone who contracts with EIS for interpreting services.

In conjunction with KipOpp Consulting, we are now offering ADA (Americans with Disability Act) Training.We offer short workshops or all-day seminars. We also provide audits of disability offices, in-service training for staff, instruction regarding liability issues surrounding ADA compliance and much more.
Our services encompass particular insight regarding serving the deaf community and securing professional Interpreters. All programs can be tailored for your environment
Past recipients of our training included: Theaters, Hospitals, Mental Health Facilities, Universities, K-12 School Districts, Residential Rehabs, Police Departments and Health Departments.
Specialized In-Service Training
Each In-Service Training may be specialized to accommodate each company’s needs. Specialized In-service Trainings include, but are not limited to, the following venues:
-Medical: Hospitals, ER Personnel, EMTs, Psychiatric Care, Dentist, etc.
-Educational: Pre-K through Post Graduate programs
-Legal: Traffic, Family, Civil and Criminal Courts
-Public Service: Public Meetings, Police Dept, Fire Dept, DSS, SSI, etc.
