How Does EIS Document Translation Work?

EIS can have a quote to you in less than 2 business days. Documents are usually in the hands of our customers within 5 business days, depending on the size and language of the documents. The rates for translation services vary depending on the language, length, deadline, and text.

Just a Few Easy Steps...

  1. You send EIS a copy of the Word document (.doc) you would like translated for a free estimate. You can fax, mail or send your document to us through our website. For time and efficiency’s sake, an electronic form is preferred.
     
  2. Once we have your document, we develop a quote on the cost of the particular project within 2 business days. It is important to note that this cost is only an estimate, and the actual price often varies about 10% in either direction at the time of completion.
     
  3. Once you have approved the cost, and we have collected payment information, the translation process will begin. Although payment information will be collected at the time of Quote approval, you will not be charged until the process is complete and you have your document.
     
  4. We will deliver your translated document within 5 business days. If you need your document sooner than the standard 5 days, let us know when we first receive our copy, as the rush will alter the final cost.
