Telephonic InterpretationOur Telephonic Interpreting platform allows customers to connect with an interpreter of virtually any language within seconds to coordinate communication with your Limited English Proficient (LEP) consumers. |
You’ll be provided with an individually paired phone number and access code which will allow use of the telephonic platform 24/7/365.
This method of interpretation is most commonly used for unplanned encounters, brief meetings or interpreting requests where a qualified Interpreter in a particular language is not available locally.
Telephonic interpretation may not be the best option for your consumer if a procedure will be taking place or the meeting will be lengthy, in depth and requiring visual items to interpret such as a PowerPoint or paperwork.
